A little over a month following its release, I finally completed the main campaign of Resident Evil 4 on macOS. My machine of choice was a MacBook Air, powered by Apple’s M2 chip and featuring 8GB of memory. At the moment, this is the only M-series Mac I own, so aside from the iPad Air and iPhone 15 Pro, the MacBook Air is the only way I could actually play this version of RE4. For controls, I played using Microsoft’s Xbox Wireless Elite Series 2 controller, which is my favorite modern input device.
